CARRY HIS/HER HEALTH CARD
If you are about to leave on holiday with your dog, remember to carry his/her health card with you. This document contains all the information on his/her vaccinations, as well as the dates of boosters and parasiticide treatment for your pet. It may also state the date of sterilization and other medical surgery your animal has received. It is always best to carry it with you in order to prove your dog's good health.

Also cats have a vaccination card, which should always be carried along when travelling with your pet.
