REPORT TRAFFIKING IN ENDANGERED SPECIES

Finally, it is best to mention, that in accordance with the Washington Convention, it is forbidden to transport endangered species. The list of endangered species (the so-called "red list") is regularly updated by IUCN (www.iucn.org).

Even in our Country there are a number of associations that have drafted a red list, such as WWF Italy.

If you happen to meet people who travel with animals included in the list, it is important to immediately report the fact
to the nearest State Police or Carabinieri Station, to the Foresters or any other police force.
